Vendor Info 2019

Setup day will be at 0800-1700 hrs on Friday 25JAN19. Vendor setup last call is Saturday 26JAN19 at 0630-0900 hours, just prior to public gate opening. After 0900 (9am), no vendor will be allowed to drive vehicles for unloading, so please arrive on Friday or early on Saturday.

NOTE: Vendor tent has been discontinued. All spaces are outside and event is rain or shine. Register early, before New Years, 01 JANUARY 2019 for best price. Follow registration instructions below:

  • Section A, large space; 50 x 17; Early Bird: $150 After 01JAN19: $180
  • Section B, standard space; 18 x 17; Early Bird: $60 After 01JAN19: $90
  • Section C, large space; 50 x 17; Early Bird: $150 After 01JAN19: $180

    Payment Options:

    The AMVCC does not have a fancy on-line registration system. However, our 2019 PDF registration can be filled out with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader application, or just from a compatible internet browser, saved and re-sent via email to the AMVCC. We also can now take credit cards over the phone. We will call you to receive payment. However, the old method of printing the form, mailing it in and sending a check, is still available.

    Make early checks payable to AMVCC. If you decide to pay at the gate, cash is preferred, but there will be a card reader.

    Please understand spaces are assigned as a first pay, first reserved basis. We will hold your spot when we receive payment. Sending in a form does NOT hold a space. Once we get your emailed form, we will call you for card payment. If you wish to use the postal service and pay by check, we will assign your spot when the check arrives.

    Detailed Space Layouts

    This is how we plan to layout the various vendor spots.

    Sections

    West side large spaces: Section A ($180)
    Central area spaces: Section B ($90)
    North boundary large spaces: Section C ($180)

    Sections A and C are the large spaces. 50 feet by 17 feet. It's easy to move a trailer on this space if you come early.

    Section B is the standard space. 18 feet by 17 feet. It's almost a cube. But not quite.

    Please remember to keep a 10 foot passage way from the edges of other spaces. Pedestrians and some light vehicles may be operating in the area.
