Setup day will be at 0800-1700 hrs on Friday 26JAN18. Vendor setup last call is Saturday 27JAN18 at 0630-0900 hours, just prior to public gate opening. After 0900 (9am), no vendor will be allowed to drive vehicles for unloading, so please arrive on Friday or early on Saturday.

NOTE: Register early, before New Years, 01 JANUARY 2018 for best price. Follow registration instructions below:

2018 Vendor Rates

  • Outside standard space; 18 x 17; no cover; Early Bird: $60 After 01JAN18: $90
  • Outside large space; 50 x 17; no cover; Early Bird: $150 After 01JAN18: $180
  • Inside tent space; 12 x 15; Early Bird: $150 After 01JAN18: $180

    Payment Options:

    The AMVCC does not have a fancy on-line registration system. However, our 2018 PDF registration can be filled out with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader application, saved and re-sent via email to the AMVCC. We also can now take credit cards over the phone. We will call you to receive payment. However, the old method of printing the form, mailing it in and sending a check, is still available.

    Make early checks payable to AMVCC. If you decide to pay at the gate, cash is preferred, but there will be a card reader.

    Please understand spaces are assigned as a first pay first reserved basis. We will hold your spot when we receive payment. Sending in a form does NOT hold a space. Once we get your emailed form, we will call you for card payment. If you wish to use the postal service and pay by check, we will assign your spot when the check arrives.

    Detailed Space Layouts

    This is how we plan to layout the various vendor spots.

    Tent Spaces

    Vendor Tent is 60 feet x 40 feet. Each space is 15 feet wide and 12 long. The 12 foot dimension runs from entrance to exit. There is a 10 foot walkway in the center. There are only 10 (ten) spaces available in the tent.

    Standard Spaces

    The standard space is 18 feet by 17 feet. It's almost a cube. But not quite.

    Large Spaces

    The large space is 50 feet by 17 feet. It's easy to move a trailer on this space if you come early. Otherwise, there might be problems.
